| Dr. Robert Gordon has been designated by the Federal Aviation Administration as a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner. He is also a pilot and is FAA certified to provide the following physical examinations:
Class 1,
Class 2, and
Class 3. Dr. Gordon is qualified to provide physical exams for DOT, Car and Boat Racing, Hydroplane Racing, for NHRA and SCCA and the Merchant Marine.

You may register and fill out the Form 8500-8 on line at the following link: REGISTER Print off a copy and bring the registration number the faa gives you to your appointment. This will expedite your exam.
